How to prepare your byMae multi+ hydration and immunity training drink

Add one (1) stick to 8oz water (we recommend using a bottle with a lid).
Shake it up until completely dissolved.
Sip, enjoy, hydrate and build trained immunity with your daily vitamins + minerals.*
You might see white powder settling at the bottom of your bottle – that’s your calcium! It’s a heavy mineral, so this is totally normal. Just shake it back up and keep sipping.
